In spite of the rising number of issued construction permits, a slowdown of the residential market has taken place in the capital in the first half of 2024, illustrated by the dropping demand. Namely, the number of sold apartments in Belgrade declined by 3% in H1 2024 in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year.
