Belgrade Retail Figures Q2 2023

The activity on the shopping centre scene has remained relatively stable on Belgrade Retail Market, with no new completions. However, a novelty on the shopping centre market in the second quarter of the year has been the reconstruction of Zira shopping centre, where a new Jumbo store has been opened on the ground floor.

As regards future projects, numerous are the pipeline retail parks in Serbia, and this trend does not seem likely to cease any time soon.

With regard to new brand entries, the interest of foreign retailers has been prominent, which is illustrated by a new entry in the second quarter of the year.
