Belgrade Retail Figures Q3 2023

A continuation of positive trends on the Serbian retail market has been apparent in previous months, with an active pipeline and new completions in the third quarter of the year.

As has been the case in the previous period, the shopping centre scene has remained calm, with no new completions in the previous three months. Concerning retail park additions in the third quarter of the year, a new completions have been delivered.
