The first three months of 2024 were relatively stable, regarding Sofia office market. There were no new significant completions, as most projects are scheduled for the second half of 2024.

Shared office space remains an important trend to watch, but is still well below more developed European capitals.

The vacancy rate remained unchanged from the previous quarter, and demand continues to come from the IT outsourcing sector.
