Zagreb Retail Figures Q1 2025

The first quarter of 2025 saw the completion of one retail park, further enhancing Croatia's overall retail park supply. With ongoing retail park developments scheduled for completion in 2025, overall supply will increase by around 10%.

There were no notable retailers’ entry since the start of the year. Retailers are still primarily focused on Zagreb as their entry point, with larger coastal cities subsequently targeted.
