CBRE advised on the largest single transaction done in SEE region
Diofa Fund Management acquired Indotek’s Belgrade office portfolio

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), the leading regional real estate consulting company, has successfully advised Diofa Fund Management on acquiring Indotek’s Belgrade office portfolio.
CBRE acted as the real estate advisor in the transaction of the portfolio that comprises of more than 122,000 sqm including 11 premium office buildings in 5 business parks in Belgrade’s central business district: the Green Heart, FortyOne, Belgrade Business Center, 19 Avenue and House office building.

This transaction is a positive outcome that supports the success of the CBRE’s Investment Properties department that participated in over 50% of total investment volumes in the SEE region during 2023,
which is 75% market share excluding direct transactions.
